1. Consultation
We work with your existing design professionals, or we can recommend partners within our trusted network who consistently deliver quality results. Through our complimentary site visit, we discuss your goals and objectives, and evaluate existing conditions to assess feasibility of the project.
2. Preliminary review
We prepare a preliminary cost estimate and construction time frame for you to review. One of the key things that affect construction cost is the cost of materials. We can help find value engineering options, cost-effective ideas as well as functional alternatives for specified materials.
3. Planning & pricing
Once details of the project scope, design and materials are finalized, we provide you with a quotation itemizing exactly what is included. There are many components that go into pricing a construction project. We go above and beyond to provide accurate quotes so there are no surprises when the project is done.
4. pre-production
At pre-production planning, with our contract in place, we move onto material procurement and manufacturing arrangements such as production scheduling and sub-contractor engagement. We also take care of submitting all necessary permits on your behalf.
5. construction
WORK BEGINS! Here is where all the planning pays off. Coordination and communication go through your project manager, the only person you need to engage with, and any concerns and questions are addressed promptly. Our goal is to complete your project within the deadline and budget with minimal disruption.
6. COMPLETION
After the work is complete, we walk through and inspect the job and any punch-list items remaining will be addressed. Our one-year warranty begins the day of closing.
